We offer chauffeur-driven car rental services for transfers between Bangkok and the airport, ensuring maximum convenience, speed, and safety.
Registered with the Department of Business Development (DBD) with proper business registration number.
1. In case of cancellation at least 3 days in advance, customers will receive a full refund of their deposit, ensuring smooth travel planning and eliminating worries about incurred expenses.
2. After the deposit refund period expires, if a customer wishes to reschedule the service date, they may do so only once. If the service is not used within 15 days of the rescheduled date, the booking will be automatically canceled to maintain order and efficiency in service.
3. In the event of sudden cancellation, the company reserves the right to charge the full amount of the booking in all cases, in order to protect the company's rights and maintain the credibility of its services.
4. For daily (8-hour) car rentals within a 300-kilometer radius, service is limited to the provinces previously booked or agreed upon, for the convenience and safety of customers, as well as for efficient time management by the driver.
5. If the customer requires a staff member to hold a sign with their name at the airport, there will be an additional charge of 300 THB to facilitate a quick and safe meeting and pick-up.
6. An additional fee of 300 THB will be charged for drivers who can communicate in English and Chinese.
7. An additional 500 THB will be charged for a child car seat to ensure the child's safety during travel. This ensures the use of standard and age-appropriate child car seats, giving parents peace of mind regarding their children's safety.
8. Special privileges for legal entities: A 3% withholding tax can be deducted from payments of 1,000 baht or more, facilitating tax and accounting management for the organization.
