Important notes for using the service
1. In case of cancellation of reservation at least 3 days in advance, customers will receive a full refund of the deposit to ensure a smooth travel plan and no need to worry about the expenses incurred.
2. After the deposit refund deadline, if the customer wants to postpone the service date, they can postpone only once. If the service is not used within 15 days after the postponement, the reservation will be automatically canceled to maintain order and service efficiency.
3. If the customer cancels the trip suddenly, the company reserves the right not to refund the deposit and will charge the full amount of the service fee as booked in all cases to protect the company's rights and maintain the credibility of the service.
4. For daily car rental (8 hours) in an area not exceeding 300 kilometers, the service will be limited to the province where the reservation was made for the convenience and safety of customers, including efficient time management of drivers.
5. If customers want staff to hold a name sign and wait to receive them at the airport, there will be an additional charge of 200 baht to facilitate a quick and safe meeting and pick-up.
6. Additional charge for child seat is 500 baht for the safety of children during the trip by using standard seat that is suitable for the age of the child to ensure the safety of the parents.
7. Special privileges for juristic persons: Withholding tax of 3% for payments of 1,000 baht or more for the convenience of tax and accounting management of the organization.
