Important notes for using the service
1. In case of cancellation at least 3 days in advance, customers will receive a full refund of their deposit to ensure smooth travel planning and worry-free expenses.
2. After the deposit refund period has expired, if the customer wishes to postpone the service date, the postponement may be made only once. If the service is not used within 15 days after the postponement, the reservation will be automatically canceled to maintain order and efficiency in service.
3. In the event of sudden cancellation of the trip, the company reserves the right and will charge the full amount of the service fee as booked in all cases to protect the company's rights and maintain the reliability of the service.
4. For daily car rentals (8 hours) in areas with a distance not exceeding 300 kilometers, service use will be limited to the provinces where the reservation was made or as agreed upon, for the convenience and safety of customers, as well as for efficient time management of drivers.
5. If the customer wishes for a staff member to hold a name sign and wait to meet them at the airport, there will be an additional charge of 200 baht to facilitate a quick and safe meeting and pick-up.
6. The service fee for drivers who communicate in "English" and "Chinese" will be an additional 200 baht.
7. An additional 500 baht child seat fee is required for the child's safety during the trip. The child must use a standard seat that is appropriate for the child's age, ensuring that parents are confident in their child's safety.
8. Special privileges for juristic persons: 3% withholding tax can be deducted for payments of 1,000 baht or more for the convenience of tax and accounting management of the organization.
